Poolware is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform aimed to help Technicians that service pools around Australia. Their schedule is rather complex and unpredictable.

The level of technician's seniority also makes the job os scheduling jobs complicated. Waterco needed a platform that made that easier for the people in charge of those schedules: Dispatchers and Office admins.

Waterco had already implemented the Poolware platform with its users. However, developers and product managers in the team started seeing a feature creep following them. They stopped testing their current platform and started to add more and more features from user's feedback.
